Mr. R. V. Kanoria, with an MBA (Honours) from IMD, Switzerland, and Advanced Management Programme from Wharton, USA, has over three decades of experience in the chemicals, textiles and jute industries. He is past Vice President of FICCI and served its Executive Committee for 17 years. During this period, he headed several Joint Business Councils, including India-Australia, India-New Zealand, India-Netherlands and India-Taiwan. He was a part of the official Indian Government delegation for the WTO Inter Ministerial Meetings in Seattle and Hong Kong. He is the Chair of the Commission on International Trade and Investment Policy of the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris. He is the President of ICC India. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the World Chlorine Council. He is past Chairman of the Indian Jute Mills' Association and the Indian Cotton Mills' Federation. He is a Member of the Managing Committee of PHDCCI, besides heading its Economic Affairs Committee. He is also on the Board of several companies and has several media articles to his credit.

Mr. H.K. Khaitan, aged about 52 years, is a Commerce Graduate and brings with him a vast experience in the administration of industrial enterprises in India and abroad.

Mr. Amitav Kothari, aged about 56 years, is a practising Chartered Accountant since 1975 and the Managing Partner of Messrs Kothari & Company. He is an expert in the fields of Banking and Financial Services, Tax Planning and Representation, Corporate Laws and Foreign Collaboration. Presently, besides being a Member of the Corporate Laws Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Life Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration, he is also a Fellow of the British Institute of Management. He is past President of Merchants Chamber of Commerce (1989-90) and also past Managing Committee Member of Associated Chambers of Commerce (1993-2008). He is author of several articles on topics concerning business and economic matters.

Mr. Ravinder Nath, aged about 61 years, is a practicing Advocate by profession since 1967. He is a Partner of Rajinder Narain & Co., New Delhi and Mumbai. His areas of expertise are Commercial & Corporate Laws, merger & acquisition, restructuring, foreign collaboration and licensing, He is the President elect of the Inter Pacific Bard Association, a Body of about 2000 international lawyers in various countries. He is the Vice President of Society of Indian Law Firms and a Member of various other professional bodies and associations and is a Council Member of World Trade Law Association, London.

Mr. G. Parthasarathy, aged about 66 years, is a retired Govt. Officer in Indian Foreign Service. He is B.E.(Electrical) from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Madras. He was High Commissioner of India in Cyprus from 1990-92, Ambassador of India to Myanmar in 1992-95, High Commissioner of India to Australia 1995-98 and was Indian High Commissioner in Pakistan in 1998 before retiring from service on May 31, 2000. He is currently an Honorary Visiting Professor in the Center for Policy Research in New Delhi and a Member of the Editorial Board of the Indian Defence Journal. Apart from wiritng extensively for a number of newspapers in India and abroad, he is also a frequent commentator of Foreign Policy and Security Issues on a number of television channels.

Prof. S.L. Rao, aged about 70 years, is a Columnist and Consultant. He has done B.Com. from Bombay University and M.A.(Economics) from Delhi School of Economics. He is Chairman, Board of Governors, Institute for Social & Economic Change, Bangalore, Distinguished Visiting Fellow at TERI and a columnist in the Economic Times & The Telegraph (Kolkata). He is an economist by training and has worked as professional manager for 28 years in marketing and general management positions in multi-national companies and as an independent management consultant for five years.

Mr. B.D. Sureka, aged about 75 years, is a Graduate from Calcutta University. He is a reputed Real Estate Developer. He has industrial experience of nearly five decades.

Mr. A. Vellayan, aged about 53 years, is the Director (Marketing) of Murugappa Group of Companies. He holds Diploma in Industrial Administration from the University of Aston, UK and Masters Degree in Business Studies from University of Warwick Business School, UK. He is the Chairman of FICCI, Southern Regional Council and Executive Committee Member of FICCI, New Delhi and Vice President of The Southern India Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Tamilnadu Cricket Association. He is the past President of All India Cycle Manufacturers Association and past President of Fertiliser Association of India, Southern Region. He is also the past President, ICC-India and past Vice President-All India Shippers' Council.

Mr. T.D. Bahety, aged about 66 years, is currently Wholetime Director of the Company. He is B.Sc.(Chem), Jute Technologist and possessess 46 years of Industrial experience. Nature of Expertise in functional area - Corporate Business, Commercial and Regulatory matters.

Mr. J.P. Sonthalia, Managing Director (Designate) – Chloro Chemicals, is aged about 62 years and is based at Renukoot. He has wide exposure in international business operations spanning over four decades. A Chemical Engineer from University of Madras and an MBA from University of Kolkata, his zeal to make a difference has taken him to various countries and his intention to put India on the map of manufacturing excellence has brought him back to the country from where he began his career.
